Senior Financial Analyst, Engineering

Harbinger Motors is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to manage budgeting and forecasting for Engineering OpEx, CapEx, and headcount. This role involves partnering with Engineering leadership to align financial plans with operational needs, analyzing performance, and identifying financial trends and opportunities. • Lead budgeting and forecasting for Engineering OpEx, CapEx, and headcount
• Partner with Engineering leadership to understand financial impacts of operational needs
• Perform variance analysis comparing actuals to budget and forecast
• Assist in the annual budgeting process and consolidate submissions
• Monitor KPIs and identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Transform data into actionable insights and recommendations
