You will analyze business problems, design practical solutions, and support transformation delivery, working with client and Accenture teams to drive performance improvements through AI and intelligent agents.

• Analyze business problems and design practical solutions for insurance brokers
• Support business and technology workstreams from discovery through implementation
• Design end-to-end workflows across the Brokerage value chain
• Contribute to AI-enabled workflow design and digital core modernization
• Develop client-ready analyses, roadmaps, and presentations
• 3+ years of consulting, carrier, or transformation experience within Brokerage
