Recursion is seeking an Executive Director of Corporate Strategy & Intelligence to shape the company's competitive and commercial position. This role involves translating market intelligence into actionable strategies for pipeline prioritization, partnerships, and long-term growth. You will lead commercial assessments, competitive intelligence functions, and collaborate with leadership to drive enterprise decision-making in drug development.

• Lead commercial assessment and strategic fit analyses for pipeline assets
• Own end-to-end competitive intelligence function using advanced analytics
• Develop real-time intelligence system to synthesize complex market signals
• Collaborate with functional leaders and C-suite on corporate strategy

• 10+ years of experience in strategy, business development, or consulting in life sciences
