Investment Banking Vice President - Insurance

William Blair is seeking an Investment Banking Vice President with insurance sector expertise to join our Premier Global Partnership. You will drive deal execution, develop client relationships, and provide financial analysis and strategic guidance. This role offers the opportunity to lead transaction processes and contribute to new business development within a collaborative, independent partnership.

• Assist in targeting and closing new deal opportunities
• Participate in selling and pitching services to clients and prospects
• Drive presentation development and financial/valuation analyses
• Build and maintain relationships with client senior executives
• Review work of associates and analysts, providing direction and guidance
• Prior investment banking experience with a focus on the insurance sector required
