Path to Advice - Associate/AVP (Strategy)

Join Morgan Stanley's Wealth Management division as an Associate/AVP on the Path to Advice team. You will support strategic initiatives, including new product development, to drive client growth and deepen relationships across various segments. This role requires balancing strategic thinking with execution to scale new initiatives and contribute to Net New Asset growth.

• Manage cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution
• Collaborate with business units and geographic regions on strategic projects
• Provide data-driven insights and develop strategic recommendations
• Support and enhance lead distribution processes
