Senior Financial Analyst

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be a key finance partner for the Ameriprise Franchise Group, supporting advisor growth through rigorous financial analysis and strategic recommendations. You will evaluate recruiting economics, conduct financial modeling, and provide decision support to senior leadership, partnering closely with recruiting teams and field leadership.

• Perform financial modeling and Cost Benefit Analyses for advisor recruiting opportunities
• Analyze advisor recruiting deals, payout structures, and offer economics
• Partner with recruiting leaders and field management on growth opportunities
• Conduct advisor ramp-up and performance analyses
• Provide financial recommendations and decision support to senior leadership
• Support strategic projects related to advisor recruiting and compensation
