Analyst, Investment Policy

RBC Global Asset Management is seeking an Investment Policy Analyst to join their U.S. team in Stamford, CT. This role supports the design and implementation of investment policy strategy, ensuring compliance with global regulatory and internal guidelines. Responsibilities include managing investment systems, advising on breaches, and developing risk monitoring reports.

• Support design and implementation of investment policy strategy
• Provide guidance on global regulatory investment restrictions
• Manage Charles River Investment Management System (CRIMS)
• Advise on resolution of investment guideline breaches and trading issues
• Develop management information and KRIs for risk monitoring
• Perform Best Execution monitoring and trade analysis
