Data Consultant, Stock Plan Project Manager

Fidelity is seeking a Data Consultant and Stock Plan Project Manager to provide clients with data-based solutions for their benefit programs. This role involves meticulous project management, leading teams, and coordinating with clients to improve data quality and ensure successful project outcomes across various product lines.

• Lead project delivery and manage project teams
• Coordinate with clients to identify and recommend process improvements
• Support implementation and ongoing servicing of client lifecycle
• Analyze data, prepare client-friendly materials, and communicate findings
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and internal partners
• Requires 5-8 years in project management, consulting, or benefits administration
