About this role
RTX is seeking a Program Financial Analyst to perform detailed financial analysis, support program reviews, and develop Estimates at Completion (EACs). This hybrid role involves partnering with program leadership and cross-functional teams to manage financial performance throughout the contract lifecycle, offering valuable experience in program finance and large-scale government contracts.
What we are looking for
6- Perform detailed financial analysis for program performance
- Support monthly Program Management Reviews (PMRs)
- Develop and maintain Estimates at Completion (EACs)
- Contribute to financial planning and analysis (FP&A)
- Partner with program leadership and cross-functional teams
- Provide financial support across the contract lifecycle
