• Lead complex transformation programs at global investment banks
• Advise senior stakeholders on end-to-end trading lifecycle solutions
• Evaluate and select appropriate solutions and operating models
• Develop and deliver high-impact technology initiatives
• Minimum 7+ years in Investment Banking with 5+ years consulting experience
• Deep understanding of capital markets, digital assets, and emerging financial infrastructure
