Manager to Senior Manager, Strategy Consulting - Energy & Resources

Baringa is seeking experienced Managers and Senior Managers to join their Energy & Resources strategy consulting practice in Houston, TX. This role involves advising clients on complex strategic, commercial, and transformational issues within the oil & gas, power, utilities, and energy trading sectors. You will lead high-impact engagements focused on corporate strategy, growth, M&A, integration, and commercial/trading strategy.

• Advise clients on corporate strategy, portfolio strategy, and operating models
• Lead engagements in growth strategy, market entry, and business development
• Provide expertise in M&A, including due diligence and value creation
• Develop and execute post-merger integration strategies
• Focus on commercial and trading strategy within energy markets
• Manage finance and risk-related strategic topics for energy clients
