2027 Financial Analyst (Class of 2027), Portfolio Valuation and Fund Advisory Services - Chicago

Join Houlihan Lokey's Financial and Valuation Advisory team as a Financial Analyst, supporting the Portfolio Valuation practice. You will work with leading alternative asset managers, valuing complex illiquid debt and equity securities for reporting to investors and regulators. This role offers broad exposure to diverse financial advisory challenges and the opportunity to develop sophisticated financial models and client deliverables.

• Support portfolio valuation teams for hedge funds, private equity, and business development companies
• Perform financial statement analysis and quantitative/qualitative assessments
• Review client investment memoranda, board presentations, and financial models
• Compile statistical summaries and develop financial ratios
• Research public company filings, analyst reports, and market data
• Develop complex financial models and draft client deliverables
