Join Accenture's Technology M&A team in Buenos Aires to advise C-suite executives on technology strategy for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will lead integration and separation planning, manage transaction risks, and drive value realization for clients.

• Lead Technology M&A programs for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and joint ventures
• Advise C-suite and senior technology executives on transaction-related technology decisions
• Oversee integration and separation planning, Day 1 readiness, and TSA strategy/exit
• Define technology integration and separation strategies across applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, ERP, and operating models
• Lead multi-disciplinary consulting teams and build executive-level business cases and roadmaps
• Support business development, proposal creation, and practice growth initiatives
