Strategic Finance Senior Associate

Partner with Faire's Corporate functions as a Strategic Finance Senior Associate, working closely with the CFO and senior leaders to enhance financial planning and forecasting. This role focuses on improving financial visibility, optimizing reporting, and strengthening planning capabilities through cross-functional collaboration and leveraging technology like AI.

• Serve as trusted finance business partner to Corporate functions
• Own financial planning & analysis and support strategic initiatives
• Lead process development for expense tracking, budgeting, and forecasting
• Own opex consolidation and reporting, partnering with Accounting
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting to stakeholders
• Partner with Systems lead to evolve planning infrastructure using AI
