This role involves direct investment in middle-market infrastructure businesses and projects across North America, covering the full investment lifecycle from origination to harvesting. You will work collaboratively with significant responsibility from day one.

• Evaluate new investment opportunities
• Build and maintain complex financial models
• Support transaction execution
• Conduct market research and develop investment theses
• Monitor portfolio company performance
• Prepare investment committee materials
