Senior Lead Health & Benefits Consultant

Mercer is seeking a Senior Lead Health & Benefits Consultant to manage and advise large employers on their medical, dental, life, and disability benefit plans. You will act as the subject matter expert, negotiate with carriers, and manage client relationships, driving strategy, renewals, and business development.

• Lead complex client engagements and manage overall service delivery
• Develop sophisticated benefits design and renewal strategies
• Negotiate with benefits carriers and vendors
• Generate sales by expanding revenues and leading prospecting efforts
• Accountable for revenue and profitability for client accounts
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in health & benefits consulting
