LaSalle Investment Management is hiring an Analyst, Asset Management (Debt) to support the management and monitoring of debt investments. This role involves analyzing portfolio performance, assessing risk, ensuring compliance, and supporting value creation strategies. The Analyst will collaborate with various internal teams to optimize investment performance and mitigate risk.

• Asset management of debt investments including senior loans, mezzanine loans, and preferred equity
• Review financial reports and assess asset/borrower performance
• Monitor loan covenants and reporting requirements
• Conduct portfolio reviews and prepare performance analyses
• Develop financial models for cash flow and repayment scenarios
• Analyze market conditions and property-level trends impacting debt investments
