FP&A Analyst

Alo is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst to support its growing E-Commerce channel. This role will collaborate with Digital Marketing, Operations, and Technology teams to deliver financial insights, forecast performance, and identify opportunities to enhance ROI on digital and tech initiatives.

• Support budget, forecasts, and management reporting
• Partner with Accounting for monthly close and variance analysis
• Analyze web P&L to improve profitability and cost structure
• Build dashboards for revenue metrics
• Evaluate performance of paid channels with Digital Marketing
• Assess financial impact of investments with digital/tech/product teams
