Financial Analyst

Advocate Health is seeking a Financial Analyst to prepare and analyze financial statements, develop financial models, and support budgeting. This role involves conducting variance reporting, performing ad-hoc analyses, and applying government reimbursement rules. The position requires collaboration with internal and external stakeholders and may involve leading financial projects.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, cost reports, and statistical data
• Develop and maintain cash forecasting, capital planning, and treasury models
• Conduct benchmarking, KPI analysis, and variance reporting
• Support budgeting, cost accounting, and productivity standards
• Perform ad-hoc analyses and present complex financial information to senior leadership
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in financial analysis or accounting
