Secondary Capital Advisory - Experienced Analyst or Associate

Piper Sandler is seeking an experienced Analyst or Associate to join its Secondary Capital Advisory team in New York City. This role involves supporting private equity sponsors and institutional investors in secondary transactions, including GP-led secondary transactions and LP portfolio sales. The position offers the opportunity to join a growing, entrepreneurial team within the Private Capital Advisory group.

• Prepare deal execution materials including CIMs, pitches, and presentations
• Build financial projection models for companies and fund returns
• Conduct new investor outreach and participate in calls/meetings
• Facilitate due diligence and legal negotiation processes
• Interface directly with clients, management teams, and investors
• Screen and conduct due diligence on prospective mandates
