About this role

Lead the Financial Planning & Analysis and Zero-Based Budget agenda for Africa & Trading, providing forward-looking insights and driving performance management. You will be responsible for AOP, forecasts, and long-range planning, as well as monthly performance management and cost control. This role requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with experience in leading finance teams.

Lead Financial Planning & Analysis and Zero-Based Budget for Africa & Trading
Own AOP, Forecasts, Checkpoints and Long-Range Planning
Drive monthly performance management and cost control
Partner with Commercial Finance and functional teams
Lead scenario analysis and financial modeling
Lead and develop the Financial Planning & Analysis team
