Group Employee Benefits Consulting Manager

Lead transformative initiatives in the group and voluntary benefits space, focusing on AI-driven reinvention across the entire carrier value chain. You will design end-to-end solutions, build compelling business cases, and govern complex delivery programs to redefine client experiences and operational efficiency.

• Design and deliver agentic value stream solutions for quoting, onboarding, claims, and renewals
• Translate carrier strategy into operating model design with AI agent integration
• Build and validate carrier-specific business cases with financial modeling
• Lead platform and technology workstreams, integrating industry-leading platforms
• Shape client relationships and grow engagements
• Develop and mentor junior consultants in AI and industry knowledge
