Senior Lead Financial Analyst

As a Senior Lead Financial Analyst, you will be the subject-matter expert for financial and business analytics within Client Solutions & Wealth Management. You will own margin, profitability, and performance insights, directly influencing business decisions on capital allocation, pricing, and growth strategies. This role requires mastery-level expertise and minimal oversight to drive financial planning, develop business cases, and lead high-visibility analytical initiatives.

• Drive financial planning & analysis for PAWM business, including P&L management, forecasting, and margin analysis
• Develop business cases and ROI frameworks for investment and enablement decisions
• Lead complex, high-visibility analytical initiatives with cross-functional dependencies
• Build and own financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations to senior leadership
• Act as a mentor and technical authority, raising the analytical capability of the team
