Senior Associate, Business & Financial Management

Join Ares as a Senior Associate, Business & Financial Management in Mumbai to support Technology Business Management (TBM) and Technology Financial Management activities. You will play a key role in driving operational excellence, financial governance, and transparency for technology spend and capacity, working closely with Technology, Finance, and Business stakeholders to enable informed decision-making through actionable financial insights.

• Support TBM cost transparency, allocation, and chargeback processes
• Execute day-to-day Technology Financial Management activities
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for Technology
• Analyze technology spend, identify risks, and provide financial insights
• 6-10+ years of experience in IT Financial Management, TBM, FinOps, or FP&A
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of technology cost drivers
