Finance Analyst

Agilent is seeking a Finance Analyst in Manesar, India to perform monthly and quarterly financial analysis, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support statutory audits. This role involves partnering with global Controllership teams and executing financial assignments with sound judgment.

• Perform monthly and quarterly analysis of Income Statement and Balance Sheet
• Identify key variances, root causes, and drive corrective actions
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP/IFRS and company policies
• Support statutory audits and financial statement preparation
• Partner with global Controllership teams
• Chartered Accountant with 1-3 years of post-qualification experience
