Strategy & Planning Manager

Lead strategic planning and operational execution for Cisco's Security Trust & Organization. You will define and implement long-term compliance and cloud assurance strategies, drive standardization and automation across multi-cloud environments, and leverage AI to scale operations. This role requires strong cross-functional leadership to partner with Engineering, Product, Security, and Legal teams, and to develop data-driven insights for executive decision-making.

• Drive standardization, automation, and governance across multi-cloud environments
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to scale compliance operations
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Security, Legal, and GTM teams
• Develop executive-ready dashboards and metrics for data-driven decisions
• 7+ years of experience in cloud security, compliance, or strategic operations
