Business Advisory Analyst

As a Business Advisory Analyst, you will be instrumental in sourcing third-party suppliers and negotiating contracts to maximize client value and mitigate risk. You will collaborate closely with legal counsel and business stakeholders to understand needs, draft key contract documents, and develop strategies to enhance the sourcing and procurement function.

• Design and implement sourcing and procurement strategies
• Negotiate business terms and commercials with third-party vendors
• Draft and manage SOWs, Change Orders, and other contract documents
• Collaborate with legal counsel and business stakeholders
• Analyze existing contracts and propose amendments
• Facilitate risk due diligence and assessment
