Analyst, Financial Operations

Customers Bank is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to manage the servicing, accounting, and operational integrity of their commercial loan and lease portfolio. This role involves improving processes, leveraging technology, and supporting business growth through automation and continuous improvement.

• Manage daily servicing of commercial loan and lease portfolios
• Process daily Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) files and payment transactions
• Administer accounts receivable functions including invoicing and collections
• Prepare customer payoff quotes and process loan/lease terminations
• Book new loan and lease transactions into the servicing system
• Assist with financial reporting, portfolio analytics, and management reporting
