Strategy & Planning Manager

Lead strategic planning and operational excellence for Cisco's Energy Networking Systems team. You will align team goals with company objectives, manage operational rhythms, oversee resource allocation, track performance with data-driven insights, and drive process improvements to enhance productivity and collaboration.

• Lead annual and quarterly planning cycles, aligning OKRs/KPIs with business objectives
• Manage team's operational cadence, including meetings, reviews, and offsites
• Partner with Finance and HR for headcount, budget, and resource allocation
• Build dashboards to track operational health, project velocity, and market impact
• Identify and implement process improvements for team workflows
• Minimum 8-10+ years in technology strategy, operations, or management consulting
