Senior Manager, Corporate FP&A

Cohesity is seeking a Senior Manager for Corporate FP&A to provide key financial insights for executive decision-making. This role involves owning and maintaining the company's 3-statement financial model, developing cash flow models, and producing key financial metrics for reporting cycles. The position requires strong analytical skills, financial modeling expertise, and the ability to collaborate across departments in a fast-paced technology environment.

• Own and maintain the company's 3-statement financial model
• Develop and refine a bottoms-up free cash flow model
• Produce unlevered free cash flow (uFCF) and SaaS operating metrics
• Build and maintain cash flow bridges and waterfall analyses
• Serve as FP&A subject-matter expert on cash-related scenarios
• Support investor relations with financial data packages and MD&A materials
