Associate Director, Strategy Associate

This onsite role in East Hanover, NJ, serves as the core strategy project manager and analytical lead for US Business Strategy. You will convert ambiguous business questions into structured workstreams, fact bases, insights, and recommendations for executive leadership. The position requires owning workstream management, analysis design, stakeholder input gathering, synthesis, and presentation development.

• Structure workstreams, analyses, interviews, workshops, and deliverables
• Coordinate functional strategy inputs and pressure-test alignment to enterprise priorities
• Synthesize market, customer, competitor, policy, portfolio, financial, and operating model inputs
• Prepare US LT-ready recommendations, strategic options, and trade-off narratives
• Manage stakeholder follow-ups, risks, dependencies, and action tracking
• Support transition from recommendation to execution by documenting owners, milestones, KPIs, and dependencies
