- Advise entrepreneurs and leadership teams on strategy and operations
- Lead complex advisory mandates focused on operational efficiencies and strategic planning
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, budget, and timeline adherence
- Act as a senior advisor during periods of transformation and change
- Support business development and revenue growth through client engagement
- Develop and scale advisory solutions, tools, and methodologies
