2027 Capital Markets Analyst

Join Huntington Capital Markets as an Analyst starting in July 2027. You will support critical functions in equity capital markets, financial sponsors, and securitized products. This role involves partnering with professionals to assist with new business development, transaction structuring, and execution across various industries.

• Support new business development, pitch strategy, and transaction structuring
• Assist with financial analysis, market research, and client pitch materials
• Prepare offering memoranda, term sheets, and financial models
• Involve in transaction stages from client discussions to closing
• Utilize proficiency in credit fundamentals and risk assessment
• Maintain knowledge of risk-related changes and adhere to bank policies
