Principal Financial Analyst

RTX is seeking a Principal Financial Analyst to provide financial and Earned Value Management (EVM) support for engineering and manufacturing development programs. This role involves developing EVMS, supporting program planning and budgeting, preparing reports, and analyzing program performance. The position requires onsite work in McKinney, Texas, and the ability to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

• Provide financial and Earned Value Management (EVM) support
• Develop, implement, and maintain Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
• Support planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation
• Prepare and deliver Integrated Program Management Data and Analysis Reports (IPMDAR)
• Monitor and analyze program performance metrics (CPI, SPI, EACs)
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance
