Analyst, Solutions Middle Office

Join Man Group's Middle Office External Alpha team as an Analyst, where you will support asset managers by providing critical trade support, cash, position, and pricing reconciliation. This role involves independently running key operational processes, calculating and reconciling estimated Net Asset Values (NAVs), and developing reporting solutions using AI, Excel, and internal databases. You will contribute to process improvements and collaborate on firm-wide projects, gaining valuable expertise in investment operations.

• Support External Alpha Asset Managers with trade support and reconciliation
• Calculate and reconcile estimated Net Asset Values (NAVs)
• Analyze fund profit and loss accounts across asset classes
• Utilize and develop reporting solutions with AI, Excel, and databases
• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders
