Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst

Accenture is seeking a Financial Plan & Analysis Analyst with 3-5 years of experience to support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting. You will prepare insightful reports, manage data from various systems, and collaborate with business units to ensure accurate financial metrics and identify process improvements. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience with financial planning tools.

• Prepare standard and ad hoc management reports
• Support annual operating plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage reporting data from various database systems
• Develop and deliver accurate financial metrics
• Provide variance analysis (Actuals vs. Forecast vs. Prior)
• Liaise with other functions for service level achievement
