Associate or Vice President - Capstone Investment Banking

Join Capstone Partners, a leading middle-market investment banking firm, as an Associate or Vice President on our Industrials/Infrastructure team. You will play a key role in executing sell-side M&A transactions, from initial client engagement through closing. This position offers the opportunity to develop deep expertise in financial analysis, valuation, client communication, and due diligence management.

• Manage day-to-day execution of sell-side M&A transactions
• Build and maintain complex financial models and perform valuation analyses
• Prepare marketing materials including CIMs and management presentations
• Coordinate and manage due diligence processes
• Support client relationships and senior banker communications
• 3-5 years of investment banking or related transaction experience
