Manager, Advisory

JLL is seeking a Manager, Advisory to provide facility and project management consultation in Tokyo. This role involves supporting the sales team with proposals, managing client relationships, and overseeing project delivery, finances, and vendor partners. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of project management experience and 3 years in facilities management.

• Provide FM and PM consultation and client services
• Support sales team with proposals, costs, and schedules
• Manage project delivery, capital planning, and budgets
• Oversee vendor partners and manage project risks
• Build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships
• 5+ years PM experience, 3+ years FM experience required
