• Design and implement business changes for retirement solutions
• Manage dynamic consulting projects with heavy client engagement
• Synthesize technology needs and select relevant tools
• Consult and partner with clients to develop high-performance solutions
• Minimum 7+ years in Financial Services specializing in Retirement solutions
• Minimum 5+ years of external consulting/program management experience
