M&A Consultant

BP is seeking an experienced M&A Consultant to drive growth through acquisitions and integrations. You will manage the full M&A lifecycle, from opportunity assessment to post-deal transformation, working closely with leaders to create long-term value. This role requires strong analytical, communication, and change management skills to navigate complex business challenges and shape the future of BP.

• Support and lead M&A lifecycle activities including due diligence and integration planning
• Assess acquisition opportunities and identify value creation, operational impacts, and risks
• Partner with leaders to design future operating models and integration plans
• Facilitate workshops and drive decision-making for business challenges
• Align cultures and support employees through organizational change
• Analyze business, workforce, and financial data to support integration decisions
