Finance Manager - Commercial Business - Multiple Opportunities

SC Johnson is seeking experienced Finance Managers to join our Commercial Business FP&A team. In this role, you will provide critical financial insights and decision support to business partners, shaping financial plans and influencing key business decisions. You will collaborate closely with brand management and cross-functional teams to drive financial performance and ensure robust financial controls.

• Support business segments or product portfolios with financial analysis and insights
• Prepare budgets and forecasts aligned with sales, share, and profit targets
• Perform complex financial analysis, including scenario modeling and ROI analytics
• Act as a trusted advisor to business partners on financial matters
• Manage Net Working Capital and drive Delivered Profit improvement
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting with 7+ years of experience or Master's with 5+ years
