Strategic Finance Manager

FTI is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support executive decision-making. This role partners with leadership across various departments to provide actionable financial intelligence, improve forecasting, and support capital allocation strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills and experience in FP&A or corporate finance.

• Drive financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis
• Partner with executive leadership and business unit leaders
• Develop long-range financial plans and revenue forecasts
• Improve forecasting accuracy and support capital allocation strategies
• Build scalable financial processes and analytical tools
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities required
