Senior Consultant (w/m/d) – Financial Services Deals

Join PwC Austria's Financial Services Deals team in Vienna as a Senior Consultant. You will advise banks, investors, and financial sponsors on complex transactions across Austria, CEE, and Europe, including M&A, distressed portfolios, and private credit. This role requires prior experience in financial services transactions and involves direct client interaction, financial modeling, and leading workstreams.

• Conduct financial services transactions including M&A, distressed credit, and private credit
• Create and critically review financial models for valuation and portfolio analysis
• Directly engage with senior clients, presenting findings and managing transaction processes
• Prepare transaction documentation and lead workstreams
• Contribute to business development, identifying opportunities and supporting pitches
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in financial services transactions
