Corporate Strategy Lead

Join Humana's high-performing Corporate Strategy team, working closely with senior leadership to shape the company's future. You will identify growth opportunities, analyze markets, and develop long-term strategies, interacting directly with executives and the Board. This role involves leading strategic analyses, developing business cases, and mentoring junior colleagues.

• Lead strategic analyses and recommendations on high-priority enterprise initiatives
• Facilitate discussions with business leaders to identify opportunities and address strategic challenges
• Develop business cases to support investment decisions and growth initiatives
• Translate strategic recommendations into actionable implementation plans
• Mentor analysts and provide guidance on project execution and analytical approaches
• 5+ years of consulting, strategy, or relevant corporate experience
