What we are looking for

Perform financial planning, programming, budgeting, and forecasting
Analyze and execute FMS, USAI, BPC, SDAF, FRA, and other funding sources
Develop financial reports, briefings, and executive presentations
Track obligations, expenditures, and execution metrics
Conduct financial reviews and reconcile funding data
Support budget formulation and resource allocation decisions
