Financial Analyst

Join our European Finance Shared Service Center in Hatvan as a Financial Analyst supporting our German subsidiaries. You will prepare financial reporting, planning, and analysis, providing key insights and data to support financial decision-making. This role offers a hybrid work model and the opportunity to contribute to process improvements within a global manufacturing company.

• Prepare month-end reporting packages and variance analysis
• Support annual budget, rolling forecast, and long-range planning
• Analyze actual results versus budget, forecast, and prior year
• Prepare management reports, KPI dashboards, and ad-hoc analyses
• 3-7 years of FP&A or financial analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP experience (SAP preferred)
