About this role
This 4-month contract role supports the REIT team by providing valuation, financial analysis, and investment underwriting for commercial real estate. You will assist with quarterly valuations, review appraisals, conduct market research, build financial models, and prepare investment analyses to aid management decision-making.
What we are looking for
6- Assist with quarterly valuation and audit process
- Review external appraisals for accuracy
- Conduct commercial real estate market research
- Create and maintain Argus Enterprise models
- Prepare investment analysis for management decisions
- 1-2 years of experience in commercial real estate
