Sr Executive Strategy & Planning Manager

Join T-Mobile as a Senior Executive Strategy & Planning Manager within the Product & Engineering Chief of Staff organization. This role supports senior technology leaders by developing strategic materials, managing the rhythm of business, and leading the development of AI agent-driven automation. You will work closely with the CIO and their leadership team to drive clarity, alignment, and velocity on key priorities.

• Develop high-visibility strategic materials for Board of Directors and CEO
• Manage and drive the Product & Engineering leadership team's rhythm of business
• Lead end-to-end development of AI agent solutions for automation
• Facilitate collaboration with cross-functional partners
• Prepare executive briefings and business reviews
• Act as a proxy for the Chief of Staff when needed
