Consulting - Finance Transformation Manager

PwC is seeking a Finance Transformation Manager in Jakarta to modernize finance functions for clients. You will work with C-suite executives to design and deliver large-scale finance transformation initiatives, leveraging digital technologies and innovative operating models. This role involves leading client engagements across finance strategy, operating model design, process transformation, and ERP-enabled transformations.

• Lead finance transformation projects for clients across various industries
• Advise CFOs and finance leaders on finance strategy and transformation roadmaps
• Assess current-state finance processes and design future-state operating models
• Drive transformation initiatives in R2R, P2P, O2C, FP&A, and reporting
• Support ERP and digital finance transformation programs
• Manage project teams, budgets, and stakeholder relationships
