Analyst – Corporate Actions

Capco is seeking a Senior Analyst for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Glasgow to manage corporate actions operations for a global financial institution. This role involves processing equity and fixed income events, reconciling transactions, and collaborating with global teams to ensure accuracy and improve controls.

• Manage end-to-end processing of corporate action income events
• Review and reconcile payables, receivables, and dates
• Partner with stakeholders to resolve exceptions and identify P&L impacts
• Identify opportunities to improve controls and processes
• Support mandatory corporate action events and tax reclaim activities
• Experience in Corporate Actions, Income Processing, or Securities Operations
